Informed Consent, Release of Liability, and Terms & Conditions

I understand that pranic healing is an energy-based healing modality that works to balance and cleanse the body’s energy field. I acknowledge that these services are complementary and do not replace or substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment by licensed healthcare professionals. I understand that pranic healing is a holistic approach that may support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, but results vary by individual.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties
I understand that Sharon Amber (Esu) ShareTheLight.Love does not guarantee any specific results. Individual outcomes may vary depending on many factors, including my commitment to following treatment plans, my lifestyle choices, and my overall health.

3. Responsibility for Decisions
I acknowledge that any decisions I make regarding my health, lifestyle, medical treatment, employment, or other personal matters are my own responsibility. Sharon Amber (Esu) ShareTheLight.Love is not liable for any actions I take, including but not limited to stopping medication, quitting my job, or making other life changes.

4. Purging and Energy Release
I understand that emotional, physical, or mental purging, detoxification, or energetic release may occur during or after a pranic healing session. This is considered a normal part of the healing process. I agree to follow any recommended treatment plan or guidance to ensure safe and effective care.

5. Payment and Refund Policy
I acknowledge that all payments for pranic healing sessions, packages, or payment plans are non-refundable. I understand that missed sessions, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with services do not entitle me to a refund. I also acknowledge that payment plans and package agreements are made in good faith, and honoring them is a way to respect the practitioner’s time, energy, and livelihood, including supporting Sharon Amber (Esu) ShareTheLight.Love and her family.

6. Safety and Limitations
I understand that pranic healing is safe and non-invasive. However, I agree to inform Sharon Amber (Esu) ShareTheLight.Love of any medical conditions, medications, or special considerations prior to treatment. I acknowledge that pranic healing should be used as a complementary practice and not as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

7. Confidentiality
I understand that all personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

8. Release of Liability
By participating in pranic healing sessions with Sharon Amber (Esu) ShareTheLight.Love, I release and hold harmless Sharon Amber (Esu) ShareTheLight.Love, her agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in pranic healing sessions. This includes any claims for injury, illness, or other consequences that may result directly or indirectly from the services provided.

9. Agreement
By scheduling and/or participating in a pranic healing session, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions and that all of my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. I also acknowledge that honoring all payment agreements and packages is a sign of respect for Sharon Amber (Esu) ShareTheLight.Love, her time, and her family.
